Scientific Seminar
On Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the extended meeting of the Scientific Seminar "Algebra and Topology" in the Conference Hall of the IMCS, the communication "Reduction and decomposition of matrices and sets of matrices over polynomial rings and fields" ("Редукция и декомпозиция матриц и их наборов над кольцами многочленов и полями") was presented by Dr. Bogdan Shavarovskii from the Pidstryhach Institute for Applied Problems of Mechanics and Mathematics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Lviv, Ukraine.
The presentation aroused a real interest, proved by the fact the meeting has been attended by mathematicians from IMCS, Moldova State University, Technical University of Moldova.
