Professor Alexei Kashu - 70 years old. A destiny conjoint with mathematics and love to country
"I know Professor Alexei Kashu almost two decades since I began working at the Press Center of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, organized in December 1991. I have written on other occasions that at that time, in my first working day, December 15, I witnessed a great tragedy of Kashu family life, to which I will return - we can not overcome this sad moment even if we would like to do this. But today, on the eve of the anniversary of the scientist, it is appropriate to talk about other aspects of his life and work with positive and significant events, because these also have happened with mathematician Alexei Kashu, since then in 1965 he linked his destiny with the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (in actual wording), founded a year before this event by the Academician Vladimir Andrunachievici, a worldwide known algebraist."
