Abstract
The solution of the oscillation of the deformed solid body with account of the diccipation of the energy by the finite elements metod reduces for common problem about ownes values with complex matrix. For decreasing of the time it is representated solution this problem thruth two steps: at first with real matrix, then with complex matrixs. At first step need use the diagonal matrix of the mass. Summary decreosing of the time becomes eigcht times.
