KEP call for proposals 2012

The Central European Initiative (CEI) has launched a new call for proposals in the framework of the Know-how Exchange Programme (KEP). KEP is an instrument dedicated to offering co-financing to projects and programmes focused on the transfer of know-how and best practices from EU to non-EU Member States of the CEI.

The applicant shall be from organisations from Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia. The following types of applicants are eligible to apply: all public and private sector bodies, international and non-governmental organisations operating in the public interest.

The beneficiary(s) shall be organisations from Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, and Ukraine.

Any grant awarded under this call for proposals shall not exceed 50% of the total cost of a given project, and the maximum grant amount allocated to a single project cannot exceed €40,000.

Priority areas: European integration, capacity building and market economy; Infrastructure planning and development; Agriculture, energy, and environment.

Deadline for submission: June 30, 2012, 11:00 am GMT.
