Call for Independent Experts

For evaluation of the projects submitted in the 7th Framework Programme for research and technological development of the European Community (2007-2013), European Commission individuals to apply as prospective independent experts from research organizations, small and medium enterprises, civil societies in order to be included in the database of Experts for Research Activities (https://cordis.europa.eu/emmfp7/). Are welcome and encouraged registration of experts from all third countries, including the Republic of Moldova.

Prospective independent experts are expected to have skills and knowledge appropriate to the areas of activities in which they might be asked to assist; to have a high level of professional experience in the public or private sector in one or more of the following areas of activities:

Prospective independent experts must also have appropriate language skills.

Persons appointed as experts to assist with evaluations of FP7 project will be invited to Brussels for the whole period of evaluation. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the European Commission.

Benefits from participation as an independent experts are clear:

NB: 50% of experts appointed for project proposals submitted in FP7 IRSES Programme (International Research Staff Exchange Scheme) are form third countries, eligible to participate in this programme (which have signed signed with the EU agreement on cooperation in the field of science and technology or are in the process of negotiating of such an agreement, or which are part of the European Neighborhood Policy (including the Republic of Moldova).
