A new construction of Bol loops: the "odd" case

Abstract
In [2], the authors presented a new construction of Bol loops as extensions of a loop B by Cm × Cn, in the case that B contains a central element of order 2 and that m and n are even. In the final section of that paper, the authors remark that the assumption that m and n are even is important and promise to investigate this question in more detail in a future paper.
