On Soundness for Time Workflow Nets

Abstract
Workflow technology is widely used in order to offer companies a solution for managing business processes. Time management is a critical component of workflow management. In a workflow management system there is a delay between the moment an activity becomes enabled and the moment the activity is executed by a certain resource. The notion of correctness also called soundness for untimed workflow nets is extended for Time Workflow Nets and a characterization of this property is given for two particular classes of Time Workflow Nets.Inga Camerzan
