Abstract
In this article the description of the structure of neighborhoods of neutral element of topological group $(G, inf\{\tau _ {1}, \tau _ {2} \}), $ where $inf \{\tau _ {1}, \tau _ {2} \} $ is the greatest lower bound of group topologies $ \tau _ {1} $ and $ \tau _ {2} $ in the lattice of all group topologies on G, is given.Institutul de Matematică Academia de Ştiinţe a Moldovei
