Abstract
At first by some examples we show that the Theorem 3.7 of [1] is not true in general. Then we give a correct version of it. Moreover we give the notion of a union of a family of hyper K-algebras and investigate some of its properties. Finally by considering the concept of (closed set)-decomposable, we show that a hyper BCK-algebra is (closed set)-decomposable if and only if it is the union of a family of hyper BCK-algebras
