Vladimir A. Andrunachievici (1917 - 1997)
Abstract
This issue of the journal is a tribute to the memory of Vladimir A. Andrunachievici, a member of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, the founder and first director of the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science. A prominent algebraist, he created a scientific school in algebra and made a great contribution to the development of mathematics in Moldova. The scientific community celebrates in 2017 the 100th anniversary of Professor V. A. Andrunachievici.Fulltext
