Summary
The problem of asymptotic behavior of movements of dynamical systems with unlimited growth over time is one of the central ones in the theory of dynamical systems and the qualitative theory of differential equations. The movements of dynamical systems with regular behavior at Infinity (such as asymptotically stationary, asymptotically periodi, asymptotically almost periodic, etc.) have been well studied and these results have been presented in numerous scientific publications (including monographs). As for the movements of dynamical systems with irregular (oscillatory) behavior at infinity, they are poorly studied. There are only a few publications on this topic. The main goal of this project is to formulate a problem and begin a systematic study of the movements of dynamical systems and solutions of differential equations with irregular behavior at Infinity.
