Abstract
Graham Higman proposed the problem of parametrization of actions of the extended Modular Group PGL(2,Z) on the projective line over Fq. The problem was solved by Q. Mushtaq. In this paper, we take up the problem and parametrize the actions of some other group on the projective line over finite Galois fields.Fulltext
