Abstract
It is proved that the free Mal’cev algebra over the ring of characteristic 3 (respect. 2 varirty, determined by identity (5)) with n (n≥5) free generators is J -potent of index n-1 (respect.
). From this result follows a series ofconsequences of some independent interest.
