Analytic continuation with respect to a parameter in the neighbourhood of zero of Green's function of basic external boundary value problems for the Helmholtz equation. (Russian)

In many casses the contour of Mellin's integral representing the solution of the mixed problem for a nonstationary equation can be moved, accordingly to Cauchy theorem, to the left of the imaginary axis of the Laplace complex plane except of zero. In these cases the main term of asymptotic in time is determined by the analytic properties of Green's function for the limit problem corresponding to the Helmholtz equation in the neighborhood of zero.
