Abstract
We study the quadratic systems of differential equations with a unique finite non-elementary singular point of the multiplicity two. For such systems we establish the invariant criteria, which allow us to answer whether or not a given system belongs to one of the 10 possible topological classes.Institutul de Matematică Academia de Ştiinţe
