Abstract
A sub-$D$-groupoid $G(\cdot)$ of $D$-groupoid $Q(\cdot)$ is called complete if $a\cdot c=b$, $d\cdot a=b$, $a, b\in G$ imply $c,d\in G$. In this paper we give some characteristics of $D$-groupoid if every its sub-D-groupoid is complete.Moldova State University
